Gwyneth Paltrow has praised Londoners for their resilience after the British capital's transport network was attacked by suicide bombers on July 7.

And the US hasn't bounced back in four years? Well, there's a difference between your resilience and ours, Paltrow. We give a crap about our dead, can all of the British say the same? Noooooo. Let's see, the NYSE opened up a week after 9/11. Flights were back by the end of the week of 9/11. Someone hates the US, methinks. Idiot.

The Shakespeare In Love beauty, who lives in London with her rock star husband Chris Martin and daughter Apple, admits she is amazed by the locals' courage in the face of adversity.
She says, "I find the English amazing how they got over 7/7.

Well, the British have endured the Blitz, Napoleon, and other invaders, and of course the IRA attacks. Granted, they're tough. However, attacks on the US did not really happen since WWII, so shoot us for being shocked, you bitch!

Differences between us and the Londoners:

1. We awoke to the threat posed by terrorists and lax security. London has not.
2. New York Mayor Rudy Guiliani blamed the terrorists for the attack and pledged to secure and rebuild NYC, London Mayor Livingstone blamed the victims, Britain, the US, and liberating Iraq for the London attacks.
3. The USA lost 3,000 dead, the UK lost 52. Both were tragic.
4. The British liberals have coddled and feared potential terrorists. We indict the terrorists and detain them.
5. Our President fought the terrorists, and thank God your Prime Minister had the balls to due likewise.
6. When London got hit, we were upset and worried. When NYC got hit, some folks in London held street parties, and not just the mooselimbs.
7. Central London, collection of hippies, liberals, and snobby ex American expatriates. NYC, oddly enough has these elements, but much more regular patriotic working folks and new American citizens that DO NOT kill or terrorize their new land.

There's probably more about the Queen, afternoon tea, cricket, and all that, but say this, we care about our events, though some act like we shouldn't.
