UP OR DOWN VOTE TONIGHT

Check it out, the GOP Leadership in Congress is calling for an Up or Down Vote on the Iraq War. There is no resolution or even executive action. This is rather, drawing a line in the sand and seeing who's in for the long haul and who will cut and run.

And I say, kudos to the leadership on this one. This is a better call than yanking Miers. Much better than starting to address the war snivelers, finally.

At least we'll see who is really behind finishing our work in Iraq, and who is a Snivel Chamberlain type. We'll see who is committed to freedom, and who is committed to political supremacy. We'll see who is for democracy, and who wants it controlled and used only on their watch.

This may be a key turning point for 2006 Elections.

Can't wait to see the final tally on this one.

    By forcing the issue to a vote, Republicans placed many Democrats in a politically unappealing position - whether to side with Murtha and expose themselves to attacks from the White House and congressional Republicans, or whether to oppose him and risk angering the voters that polls show want an end to the conflict.

    These people never have to list their sources for their spinning. Which poll? If you blanket say that they want an end to conflict, that's misleading, because even I think it's a good thing when the Iraq War is finished.

    MSM = traitors.

    Translated: The libs are in an unappealing position having to show their real troop-bashing, American-hating selves on TV. The make-up and masks are off. Let these demons show themselves. It'll reaffirm what myself and many others, a growing number, have thought. I think it will be good when this war is over, but only when we leave things finished as well as possible. No cut and run like in Vietnam and Cambodia. No never helped like 1990 Afghanistan or Haiti. No unresolved war like Iraq 1991 or Somalia. Finish it here and now, or finish it later and lose more lives in a worse situation.

    Can't wait to see MSM spin the final votes for the war and against. I wanna see Nancy Pelosi, aka Madame Botox and Barney Frank of the SS Limpwrist try and explain their party's backstabbing.

    Welcome to the light of day. As it says in the Good Book- "And the light of the Lord shall expose the darkness of their hearts, show their sins to all....."
