I find it hard to believe you pulled yourself away from your Michael Jackson Meets the Little Rascals video, long enough to post the above question.

    Please enlighten me........

How could you possibly comment on a show that you've never seen or a person that you've never met?

    Me a hypocrite.....

You say your a member of the Houston First Baptist Church.

I would like to see you stand up in your church and use the same language you use on your blog or at TMOLWL.

If you can't do that then your a pathetic version of a Christian. Stop wearing God on your sleeve and please stop hiding behind him also.

Your a fake, the same as Bush, plain and simple.

Give me your pastor name and if you don't mind I'll send him your blog address.

Your pastor is not one of these right-wing conservative religious freaks that preaches the gosple on Sunday and bangs little boys on Monday is he?

Before you start calling me all kinds of names just answer, is he?

If your not a hypocrite you won't mind the entire church taking a look at your blog now will you?

  • At 6:42 PM, Blogger Ranando said…

Just think God has already seen your language and the way you speak and the love you show to other people, I'm sure he can't wait to have you onboard

I would mind, if some folks would take it seriously. I've more or less told my pastor on my anger, and he knows. He'll also know that any correspondence you send is not motivated for prayer or building up, but destruction and humiliation. Who's the pathetic shell of a moralist now? Read the mail I sent you and take it to heart. Feel free NEVER to post here again.

By the way, you've won nothing. I instead choose to ignore you and your kind.....

Well good night all, I love you and wish you all the very best.

As for me, I'm going night diving with some friends off my home here in Malibu for Lobster. My wife and her friends have a full dinner waiting for us when we get back. We throw the Lobster, don't tell PETA, in a pot and wham-O a great dinner with friends.

Have a great week-end and may God bless you in what ever you do.

Judgment is reserved for the one and only Lord. We should hold our friends accountable for their actions. Nobody is perfect, but we should do our best to please God. We will always fall short of that goal, and fortunately for each of us God paid the ultimate sacrifice to cleanse our sins.

  • At 4:49 AM, Blogger E.W.Reed said…

But I will restate my comment that to those of us who don't think of 'the lord', judgement is reserved for anyone who wishes to judge. In fact, judges judge all of the time. (pardon the humor in that

I was going to quote you what Jesus had to say about judgement/accountability (Luke 6:41-42 if you're interested), but I feel led to ask you why you don't think of "The Lord?" He thinks of you everyday, actually.

Do Christians readily admit their failure and shortcomings, and their striving to be better? Yes, they do.

This is actually why I gave up Christianity when I was about 17 years old. Yes, people do admit their shortcomings, but striving to be better is an easy statement.

Whoa, you gave up because Christians aren't perfect and they ask others to relate when they screw up? It's not do as I say, not do as I do. It's do as God says, and don't screw up as much as I do.... Also, when and where did the standard of being godly become such an interference? When did it become impossible for you to seek God? I get the feeling you stopped seeking when everyone lived up to standard's that others placed on them, BUT they themselves will not dare step toward.

I could compare it to a million other things, but my only point would really be that people can talk all day long, results are what we notice.

Like what results? Talking and acting like a moron, or God forbid, helping your neighbors, helping Katrina victims, and maybe, just maybe working our tails off day in and day out as a good witness? You're saying my verbal screw ups have invalidated God, or maybe that's an excuse?

I've had the discussion with Nick many times before and the reality for me is that I have no problem with Nick calling people Cum-Guzzling HorseFuckers. It's just that often times, he [and others] will wrap that in some sort of Christian blanket and as we've discussed before, to the non-Christians - we're like: what?!?

If you have a problem, say, "Moron! Stop cussing like a sailor! You're a Christian act like it!" However, don't be suprised if the change encourages further Godly discussion which you may try to swat off....

It doesn't make sense. I'd imagine most Americans are AWARE of the teachings of the bible - whether they choose to follow them or not. So when someone not just once, but in most all of their posts bears some sort of negative witness on Christianity, it's hard to just say "He's not perfect, and he's trying" - because I know he's not perfect (and thats ok), but I find it hard to believe he is trying.

Hard to believe I am trying, gee thanks, some pal.....

And Nick, that's not just for you. It's my general opinion of the matter. I apologize in advance for targeting you.

Too late, smart guy, you opened the can of words. You ask for apologies and forgiveness, fine, I may. Don't think I won't forget this. And remember the forgiveness that matters, is God's and God's alone.....
