Iran's President to speak at UN same day as President Bush
Well, this couldn't have been more ackward could it?
Bush and Ahmanejad in NYC on the same day. Days after the Anniversary of September 11. I doubt Iran's President will be there for soothing words, a peace proposal, disarmament, or visiting any victims of 9/11.
Rather, he's going to bluster on like Yasser Arafat did in NY in 1995. Or Fidel Castro in 1962.
Does anyone else want to ask the following: Why is he being allowed into the US? Since when do we allow tyrants into the US? Did Hitler ever get the welcome wagon in the US? Stalin? Lenin? Pol Pot? If not, then why this anti-Semitic madman?
Because he's Muslim, and we're scared to offend those who want us dead anyway. They're already offended. The Iranians are building nukes. They're gonna calibrate them to hit the Israelis, maybe parts of Europe that aren't kissing their robes, and of course the US will be targeted.
And the following day, he and Hugo Chavez will go visit Uncle Fidel in Havana with a get well card. Aaaaah.

I disagree. I don't think it's fear. That might be forgivable as people do most anything out of fear. This, however, is the left's idea of fighting the WOT. They think that they will somehow placate his sorry ass by showing him some level of respect and dignity. That kind of sickness I can't forgive.
