Glenn Beck does....

I think it's a sad time for our country when we are proud of a 'majority' vote of 51 to 48.

Hell, of 55 to 45 for that matter.

I mean, statistically speaking, we're happy that 48% of the population isn't going to feel the country is progressing as it should?

What about when the democrats win some future election? Should the democrats then be happy that a different 48% of the country isn't progressing as it should?

I have to assume that out of nearly 300,000,000 people, AT LEAST ONE fucking person can bring a better balance to our country.

Wouldn't we really have something to be proud about if a president won with an 85%-15% or better margin?

*sigh* -- too bad we're too stupid to force the democrats AND republicans to make room for other parties and ideas.

Now Kevin, did you check out the audio links? It's immature, mean, and sometimes over the top, but hey, so is Al Franken.

Suck it up, it could be worse.

And as far as other parties goes, there were multiple parties in every election, just everyone is freaked out by their extremism.

Think about Pat Buchanan, Ross Perot, and Nader. Those guys were far out, and ineffective vote grabbers.

Sheesh, then there is Lyndon LaRouche.

hmmm. Well you're sort of right. There were about 6 other 'large-non-mainstream' parties in the last election but they get NO general media coverage.

And to balance their extremism is the party you would fit into - the Constitution Party.
