If there is No Terrorist Threat, Then Why A Red Alert in DC?

OK, in the first post, DUh said that Al Qaeda and terrorism is not a threat and is made up. If so, why the hell were over 35,000 people evacuated from the Capitol in Washington and the White House put on lockdown? No threat, then why the F-15s and F-16s being scrambled?

No threat my ass.
