Decency Laws Coming Back, Some of You Be Afraid
Attorney General Alberto Gonzales and President George W Bush have announced sweeping steps to curb pornography and other lewd and sickening acts faking First Amendment Rights. This step is a resurrection of a case in which a California Pornography Distributor was peddling its filth to the US and to unsuspecting cable subscribers and others. Now, I ask you, what will happen when this goes to the Congress or the Senate? I can tell you, it may pass, if a law is drawn up in The House. Why? Despite the 55, 45 split. There are enough moderate Democrats who do not dig porn. They especially do not dig the snuff films this company made and tried to get to every home they could. Snuff film- a film in which an unsuspecting girl is kidnapped, raped, abused, and then murdered. Usually in a manner that makes the film 8 MM look Family Friendly. The protection of family is a noble enough thing and is right.
Now, it will face obstacles. You will get far leftists in our legislatures who argue that if porn is blocked, then lifestyles will be threatened. They tried to kill all of the Defense of Marriage Acts in as many states as possible. Ironically, Bill Clinton passed that Bill before Zippergate broke the news. Types like Boxer and Kennedy will argue that this is artistic expression. Sure, Ted, and me peeing on a guy's coat is my artistic expression. Of course, the cops beating me senseless for doing that is their right of expression, and the coat owner wanting to kick me, his right to expression! Just because you can express doesn't mean you should.
Oliver Wendell Holmes talked about the marketplace of ideas in America, and was right. We should protect it. The Bible even states that sin and evil are best contrasted by the light and pure white sheen God gives us. Some may argue that evil is necessary and so is smut. I argue not. If we keep it for some, whose to say our permissive attitude won't allow a mentally ill person to act on these material and kill. Look at Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, and many others who have since been put to death for multiple murders. Were the victims envisioning a permissive and passive attitude slippering sloping into their gruesome death? No. Likewise, we need not let these things occur again. Holmes and The Bible point to many things in this world, but both pray we pick the right choice. Since some do not, law is necessary. Since we fall short, there must be rules to keep us in line. Pornography is a focal point to make such a distinction.
Some will argue that this is some religious agenda by what they call Bible Beaters, Puritains, Hypocrites, and religious brashers. Well, that agenda is shared by the majority of America. No smut, no way, not here. Some argue that if we talk this away, it will wound us. Well, to quote Matthew- If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. Tis better to go into Heaven maimed, than into Hell in full form. Porn and sickening material glamorizing it, should not just be cast into the shadows, but needs to be brought to light before it is destroyed. Show what it's evil is and how it leads to worse.

Some argue that now lifestyle is threatened. NAMBLA and others urge tolerance of their perclivities toward porn and even live persons. The North American Man Boy Love Association is a sick anomoly for us. This group, and some others, urge tolerance for older men to love and physically interact with young boys and other children. THIS IS SICK. Some say, it's their form of life. I say, SHUT UP. Say that with two of those degenerates living next to you and your young kids! Say that if one all of a sudden becomes a priest and abuses a slew of young kids, which has sadly happened across the US. Two convicted pedophile priests, and one killer, were card carrying NAMBLA members. How on earth did the Archdiocese miss that? How did any neighborhood association or police registery miss this?
