Graceful Elder Statesman: Compared to Who? Clinton Goes Off on Bush
Well Bill, before you spoke, did you think how this may affect the Clinton Bush Relief funds for Katrina and of course The Tsunami?
Here's a link and some of Clinton's comments:

"Breaking with tradition under which US presidents mute criticisms of their successors, Clinton said the Bush administration had decided to invade Iraq "virtually alone and before UN inspections were completed, with no real urgency, no evidence that there were weapons of mass destruction.""
Well gee, Bill, what do you call the dead Kurds and mass graves? Did they all get the sniffles? And what course would you have taken? Didn't Clinton launch an airstrike in 1998, citing Saddam violating airspace, but also possible WMDs? Fishy, someone's playing politics for Hillary.
"Clinton said there had been a "heroic but so far unsuccessful" effort to put together an constitution that would be universally supported in Iraq.
The US strategy of trying to develop the Iraqi military and police so that they can cope without US support "I think is the best strategy. The problem is we may not have, in the short run, enough troops to do that," said Clinton."
Again, Bill, what was your solution? Did you think that far with Kosovo? Haiti? Bonsia? The BS Accord for Israel and Palestine? Come on Bill, we weren't born yesterday.....
"On Hurricane Katrina, Clinton faulted the authorities' failure to evacuate New Orleans ahead of the storm's strike on August 29.
People with cars were able to heed the evacuation order, but many of those who were poor, disabled or elderly were left behind.
"If we really wanted to do it right, we would have had lots of buses lined up to take them out," Clinton."
Talk to the Mayor and Governor, Clinton. Oh wait, they're Democrats and unaccountable for a thing, right? Leaving buses in a flood plain, great move. Waiting 4 days later to declare emergency and get FEMA after the storm, great idea. Not shooting looters, even better. Thanks, Democrats. Bill, stop Monday Morning Quarterbacking....
"On the US budget, Clinton warned that the federal deficit may be coming untenable, driven by foreign wars, the post-hurricane recovery programme and tax cuts that benefitted just the richest one percent of the US population, himself included.
"What Americans need to understand is that ... every single day of the year, our government goes into the market and borrows money from other countries to finance Iraq,
Afghanistan' name=c1> SEARCHNews News Photos Images Web' name=c3> Afghanistan, Katrina, and our tax cuts," he said."
And the Budget, we knew this would come up. Economics that resulted from Reagan policies and tax cuts, taken credit for by Clinton. Budget surplus, due to cutting security, making 9/11 inevitable... good call Bill. How did Managed Health Care go again? What SOLUTION do you have? Or are you just critiquing????
This goof had his fifteen minutes and 8 years to screw up the US, let's try and rebuild first, Bill. Geez, what tact that family in Arkansas had.....
