Democrats Demand Bush Put THEIR Nominees In, Not His

Ted Kennedy and Chuck Schumer, you two sweeties can grope eachother!

Where the hell does Ted Kennedy get off telling The President and Majority of The Senate whom to confirm let alone nominate?

Chuck Schumer, you little bitch! What gives you the brass balls to dare tell the President whom to put onto the court? You assholes did that with Clinton and of course he gave you your reacharound.

Now, a new sheriff is in town, so bite my ass, you liberal dorks!

I WANT TO PUNCH ALLEN COLMES IN THE FACE! That fool tried to get former Attorney General Ed Meese to speak out against Miguel Estrada and Alberto Gonzales, when Meese hasn't spoken to any of the papers!

EAT IT, COLMES!

Here's Ted Kennedy blubbering on about O'Connor's Replacement:

Kennedy's statement Friday: "If the President abuses his power and nominates someone who threatens to roll back the rights and freedoms of the American people, then the American people will insist that we oppose that nominee, and we intend to do so." On "This Week," Kennedy barked, "If he wants to pick a judge, we want to be able to support him. But if he wants to have a fight about it, then that's going to be the case."

We're getting moral and judicial lectures from a guy who called Clarence Thomas a sexual deviant. This from Teddy, the guy who got caught with who knows how many secretaries in his life! Kennedy is one to lecture on life and death since he let someone DROWN in his car back in 1969. Chappaquidduck Swimmer Ted can shut his hypocritical pie hole at any time. Here's that twerp Schumer:

My profound hope is that, should there be a Supreme Court vacancy this summer, you will nominate a candidate who will unite us, not divide us. I am confident that by working together we can achieve that goal. I look forward to hearing from you soon. The Constitution dictates that federal judges be nominated by the President with the advice and consent of the Senate. I write to begin the process of fulfilling that Constitutional mandate. In recent history, Presidents have announced their intention to nominate candidates to fill Supreme Court vacancies shortly after the positions have become available. The short time between the creation of a Supreme Court vacancy and the announcement of a potential replacement leaves little time for Senators to fulfill their constitutional duties to advise the President on whom to nominate.

Here's a link to his letter and list of nominees. One nominee to the court is Arlen Specter! Might as well be Phil Spector the killer! WTF is Schumer thing?

No one in the GOP gave a rat's ass when Ruth Vader Gindsburg was appointed to the High Court. Being ACLU chief counsel and other crap should have disqualified her. Thanks for nothing Orrin Hatch, you idiot! Breyer was passed and he's a flaming liberal along with Stevens and Souter.

O'Connor was too left of center, and a new nominee needs to balance out this court. There have been too many 5-4 decisions in favor of the Radical Left. Either we write our Senators and tell them to get cracking, or we lose to Judicial Default.

WHAT SAY YOU???

About Ted Kennedy fool! Don't confuse me with one of the fruits who got legal marriage in Spain, Holland, and the other "Progressive Nations." Leave me to my Puritan stuff.

I noticed you hadnt come up with clever followup comments to those posts...

Specifically the gay marriage in spain entry and the 5-4 ten commandments one

Kevin, I owe you no witty reparte. Nor does America owe you an explanation for not warping the definition of marriage to satisfy some other liberals' wet dream of a Distorted America.

    No sir, you do not.

However, my previous posts simply suggested that you present some sort of logical argument as to suggest my viewpoints are wrong rather than simply calling people dickholes and such.

So whilst you may or may not engage in some sort of reparte, the level of wit remaining unnoticed, I had expected you could counter my claims with something more founded.

Lectures, I graduated college to escape those.

Again, Kev, nothing making me change my mind.

Schumer has no call suggesting who Bush nominate. That is The President's call and The Majority. The Minority can fight tooth and nail and look even more like the assholes that they are. However, our laws and country cannot stand the left and their terrorism over our courts.

That's all I have to say.

    see -- that wasn't so hard =]

At least thats something to talk about, and as I had mentioned many many moons ago to you, I would prefer to read what the right has to say. I find it as interesting, if not more, than what the left has to say.

So with that, you are right, it is the presidents call which is why I think the article has a somewhat misleading undertone to it. The democrats can 'demand' what they like, but as it stands, they are not currently the majority and therefore, what the president says goes.

All the same, I don't think it makes them look like assholes to 'demand' it. The repubs would do the same thing so I think its somewhat of a moot point.

But -- your words are certainly noted and I appreciate the more inciteful approach to the discussion.
