Kennedy is one to lecture on life and death since he let someone DROWN in his car back in 1969. Chappaquidduck Swimmer Ted can shut his hypocritical pie hole at any time. Here's that twerp Schumer:

In recent history, Presidents have announced their intention to nominate candidates to fill Supreme Court vacancies shortly after the positions have become available. The short time between the creation of a Supreme Court vacancy and the announcement of a potential replacement leaves little time for Senators to fulfill their constitutional duties to advise the President on whom to nominate.

O'Connor was too left of center, and a new nominee needs to balance out this court. There have been too many 5-4 decisions in favor of the Radical Left. Either we write our Senators and tell them to get cracking, or we lose to Judicial Default.
