SUCKY ECONOMY, THEN WHY ARE JOBLESS CLAIMS DROPPING?

OK, our economy sucks, says every liberal pseudo-economist, non-degree holder and coffee shop philosopher. However, despite the loss on the Dow, oil prices are inching back down. And the weekly jobless claims are down..... It's by 10,000 but it's better than MORE claims.
