Bush thanks Troops

Bush was at Fort Hood, thanking OUR TROOPS for their valuable service in toppling Saddam Hussein, ensuring Iraq's free elections, and spreading freedom.

Did Clinton thank our troops for Kosovo or Somalia? I forget off hand.
