Spanish Judge Wants to Question US Troops in Death of Cameraman

OK this can be taken one of two ways, either a vindictive European Judge wanting a pound of flesh for the death of a journalist, when tanks, in the heat of battle fired at a hotel, where journalists were located. Or it could be a judge going through the channels and doing his job. Read, decide and discuss.
