JUDITH CHRIST?

OK, now I've seen it all. The PC freaks have gone TOO FAR. Now the Bible is being translated into a feminazi spin. Jesus Christ, our Father Who Art in Heaven; is now Judith Christ, Our Mother Who Art for Females (really the combat boot stomping, butch, men-hating lezbos).

    There is plenty in a name. Who posts? Awww, come on, the other posters like it? I don't hear their complaints. If I didnot know any better, I'd say you didn't like Christians all of a sudden......

    We ain't perfect, but we're not giving up on God, despite this attempt to distort and cut the Bible to pieces.

    If you cannot deal with God being The Father, or Jesus being a man, then slicing and dicing The Word is not too much of a stretch for these Cuckoo's Nest Escapees.

    Where's Nurse Ratchett when you need her?

    Kevin, if you change the name of Christ, God, it changes the meaning. It cheapens his word. It's no longer truth, but a dog and pony show to make a cheap sale. And that's what the revisionists are doing to The Bible. And no doubt someone is working hard on the version where Jesus was a homosexual. To that, they have to nix half of Romans, John, THE NEW TESTAMENT, the books of Leviticus, Exodus, Deutoronomy and the best parts of Genesis.

    With that, you get a catch-all with no challenge, no sould, and no frickin anchoring.

    There's talking to people and then there's mindless distortion. I see some prefer mindless pop culture crap. God remembers who they are, and I fear for them when that moment comes.

    Kevin, I worry about many that could be in jeopardy. Do I hate ALL MUSLIMS, Jews, Buddhists, and whatnot, no. Am I a bigot? Not in my own mind, just an equal opportunity offender. I just fear the radical extremes will coral everyone else and it will get ugly. That's my fear. And Kev, I read that post, interesting.

    Well, I remember Voltaire said this- " I may not agree with what you say, but will die for your right to say it." I hope and try to live by that, but as a person some stuff makes my Blood Pressure shoot up, A LOT.

    Judith Christ would somewhat laughable were it not for all the other weird stuff cutting the meaning from God's Word. And yes, I know it's just a book. And no, I am not for book burning. Marketplace of ideas.

    I just feal like critiquing this, as others no doubt critique and mash into the other Bibles.
