More EU Stir Ups, France es Lame

The Francais voted against the EU Constitution and that seens great right? Maybe not. Jacques Chirac now has a new Premier, the infamous anti-American Foreign Minister, secretary of non-Diplomacy, Dominique De Villipen. So, what we have now, is a two-headed assbeast! Each head virulently anti-American. And each as bad as the other...... Oh yeah, since France is not part of the EU Constitution, they are keeping their Seat on the UN Security Council. Sigh....
