Presidents Bush, Clinton and Bush 41 will go to Papal Funeral, BUT not Carter

We have President George W Bush, former President Bill Clinton, and former President George H.W. Bush going to Rome, for John Paul II funeral. However, and oddly enough, Jimmy Carter is not going. No one said if it's health or other plans or maybe he just doesn't like current company......

While I hope it's something important, Carter may be opting out due to his age or even just not wanting to travel.
