Bruce Willis getting French Medal

Bruce Willis, awarded a medal by the French? Excuse, me did I miss something? Bruce is a current GOP backer, voted for Bush, and even volunteered for service in the Army. I'd think the Frenchies, aka Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys, would decline Brucie..... That or this was made looooong ago, or they love SIN CITY.
