What In The Name of God Was This Guy Thinking?

I feel back for this poor guy, but come on! DO NOT PROPOSE IN A PLACE WITH MORE PEOPLE THAN JUST A FEW DOZEN! Propose at the following: Restaraunts, at a theater, dinner at one of you two's residences, at a party, in a secluded area, but NOT ON NATIONAL TV! That crap may work in movies, but not always in real life.
