Recently Mayor Rudy Guiliani's shoes were supposedly filled by Michael Bloomberg. Bloomberg's term has shown a rise in crime, property taxes, and a slew of expenses. Bloomberg is described by others as a "white Dinkins."

Bloomberg has also shown himself to be a Republican in name only, not in deed.
