Why Bangor Maine?

OK, for those of you who think and hope Maine is a quiet place to go to. Think again. Maine is where a number of flights have had to be deverted and land due to suspected terrorists and non-fly violators. If I was Maine, I'd want a bomb proof airport or underground area to keep the plane in, if that diverted plane has a nuke or dirty weapon.
