Fox Rocks
OK, many of you are thinking Fox News.... Not in this case!
Fox Network ran a pretty funny night of comedy last night.
The Simpsons- as liberal as they have been, had one episode where Bart was obese, sent to fat camp, and his family was having to pay for it by letting European students dwell in their house. Homer doing 99 Luft Balloons was funny, but best was Homer and Marge clearing out the Eurotrash (one of whom said Reason 350 America is terrible to Marge....) I'd have kicked them out the minute they stepped onto my property!
THE FAMILY GUY- Freakin sweat! Despite taking swipes at Mel Gibson, ripping off North by Northwest, The Blues Brothers, and Rush Hour , it was freaking hilarious. I cannot go into too much detail, except that Brian and Stewie must take care of the kids while Lois and Peter take a second honeymoon to bring back life into their bedroom. Chris gets caught with Liquor and Flint from GI JOE pops out of a bathroom stall doing an old school cartoon public service announcement.... Classic! Then Peter and Lois wreck a mall like The Blues Brothers did..... Family Guy is back and it's about time!
AMERICAN DAD- not for everyone, but enough right and left bashing humor and political satire is here to please everyone. The family is infected with a deadly virus and spend their last day watching Season 1 of 24 (the dad shows the box, to the TV and winks) FUNNY. They live and do other stuff. Alan Greenspan gets bit in the crotch by his dog, Fannie Mae......
All funny and all on Fox Network. They have come a long way since Married with Children, and even American Idol.
Oh yeah, tonight 24 is on...... tick tock, tick tock, tick tock....
