Justice Ruth Bader Gindsberg says US should consider foreign laws in its decisions, not ours.

Proof that our courts are out of control and in the paid service of the World Court and other One World Government nutjobs.

Where's Robert Bork when you need him.

Gindsburg thinks we need to weigh in with foreign laws and not just our own "provincial constitution." Sadly, she may not be alone on our Highest Court.
