ALSO On This Day......

In Waco, Texas, April 19 1993, the Branch Davidian Compound was burned to the ground as the federal and military tried to raid the compound. Over 85 men women and children died in the chaos. Violence insued after a late February gunbattle in 1993, when the ATF tried to raid and serve a weapons warrent, and Koresh and his members fired on the SWAT Team of ATF officers.....
