Interesting that you should use the quote "live and who decides it end (sic)".
Here's what the Vatican actually said:
"Who can, before God and humanity, pretend with impunity to claim such a right (to decide whether a person lives or dies)?"
Hmm...isn't the person who put the tube in her making that decision as well? Left to her own (and God's) devices, Terri would have died 15 years ago.
It's what she wanted. Why shouldn't her husband be allowed to give it to her?
